There was a plan tackle the corruption problems by extending the statute of limitation regarding corruption cases to 30 years. The cabinet hopes that this amendment will make people think twice before doing anything wrong. This means that if anyone is charged with a corruption case, the government will have 30 years to find strong evidence enough to put that person into jail. Thirty years is definitely a very long time. One can't easily run or hide that long.

The corruption problem is difficult
to solve because it has along time
althought the cabinet punish
corruption's people with catching into jail for thirty years but it isn't comfortable because they
can go out to jail with helping of
autority's people.This method althought solve don't give these
people make mistake but it do contemporary. Hence we should to give people have paticipated in checking and screening people who
work for the country even if it
develope rapaidly in all things.
One thing that important is viture of each person which help not happen the corruption in thailand.
It is a good idea for reduce thai coruption.But I think it hard to do that if the politician who do coruption had a big power in thai social such as have a lot of money(millionaire)and a big rank in thai army.So thai people should to ensure of central government working.But shouldn't demonstrate against because it will become a big problem in thai social like nowadays.Everything will continue and the goodness is a champion.The other process to reduce coruption is have a honesty politicians.Finally hope Thailand go on with no coruption.
We have problems to corrected the corruption entirely. That don't possible very difficult coming soon. Because the corupption problem have society twice that long time. Now that helps to establish morality, to appreciate bad or good with children and youth, for the good og love country's oneself, helpful and kindness with their other.

If you plan to solve such a big ploblem like corruption.The long time for checking you have done corruption or not is so good. But 30 years to find evidence is too late.My opinion for 20 years will be reasonable and other measu must do at the same time too.
I think it is a good idea for reduce corruption.
However, person who can commit can chuck out jail by a lot of money too.
Although, the government have more acute penalty for wrongdoers, that still not reduce corruption cases in our country.

I think the time doesn't reduce corruption in our country.Because the time doesn't form conscience of politician.But apenalty provision of a law maybe reduce corruption.The thai corruption have a various form such as corruption in policy and corruption in practice of politician.The corruption is behavior of politician that benefit to family and oneself.Nowadays,Politics Thailand tobe in confusion.I think the methods correct confusion are:
1.Form the purchase committee for purchase everything.The committee consist various specialist.
2.Form the free committee for check politician.

I think that the extension of the statue of limitation provides investigators and prosecutors the statutory tools and the resources needed to ensure that serious and insidious public corruption is detected and punished.Because some cases are among the most difficult and time-consuming cases to investigate and prosecute.This
extension for the most serious public corruption offenses is a good idea but I think 30-year statutes of limitation is a very long time.I think consideration each cases might be better.

Curruption is one of the biggest problem of Thailand. I beleive needs a lot of attention. It is a very deep rooted problem. But I think about corruption can be reduced if we work together. You can help to reduce corruption in a number of ways:
-Refuse to accept bribes or pay bribes.
-Let your commune council members know that you are concerned about corruption.
-Take an active interest in the development of project in your commune.
-Always ask for a receipt when paying a goverment fee.

It's a good idea to extend the statue of limitation regarding corruption cases to 30 years. But in my opinion, this measure isn’t the solution of corruption problems.
At the present, corruption problems that are still here in our country not cause from the limitation of time to find the evidence. But it’s from the cupidity of human (it's well known that money is the root of all evil). Not only politician but also other influential person who concern the process of equity.
It isn’t too difficult to find the strong evidence to put the bad person into jail if you want. So 20 years are enough for corruption cases for clean judicial administration and investigation process.
If we will solve a big problem, we should to know what the root of that problem is. Because of our social is interdependency community, some rules are leaved behind. Supporter system very important in every level such as to entrance into a famous school for you children, to get a good job, to promote a good position etc. That is the beginning of corruption cases.
So to reduce this problem we should eliminate the supporter system and build up a conscious for new generation to love our country because our country belong to you, to me and to every Thai people.
It's hard to solve corruption problem in the present because it spread to all society and be deep in the selfish men's mind especially goverment officers. One thing we can do now a day is teaching the new generation by sufficiency economy parents and teachers should teach and train their children or students to approve in their properties to care about public more than private.Although this way use much time to solve but it will exact achieve and can solve this problem
the corruption problem is main problem in every country include Thailand. The corruption problem is difficult to solve because it be come to the one part of Thai liveing style.

I think that is not good for handle illegal or corruption ploblems.I think similar Mr.Sirikorn that it hard to do that if the politician who do corruption had a rich power in thai social such as have a lot of money(millionaire)and a high position in thai army such as Dr.Thaksin Shinawatra and his family who I believe they are very very bad persons.In social of thailand, corruption was occured from bad politicials who are do everything which bring them to power and rich persons.So I think a best method for stop ro handle illegal behaviour that is the fostering people are honest and virtuous that is a solving problem at source.
The problem of corruption has been around for a long time in Thailand and its roots are deep in the culture. So I think the extension of the statue of limitation regarding corruption case to 30 years can't reduce corruption in our country. I would like to make a few suggestion of my own for possible reasons for corruption in Thailand as follows:
-Low salaries of public sevants
-Low education of people
-Lacking transparency of governance
Solving of corruption problem in Thai society should be carried out from grass-roots as education of people and conscience of politician and government officials.

Yes,it will help the government to decrease coruption.The amendment would scare those who have plan to do corruption,this amendment should be strikly imposed ,and must be fair to all level,whether in small time bussiness to sensitive offices in the government.
I don’t think the extension of the statue’ll help reducing the corruption. Because the real cause of the corruption is the immorality or the lack of ethics in government official is came be seen from bad behavior such as not being honesty, virtuous and straightforward. This is not related to the extension of the statue. I suggest we should have a committee to can approve any project instead of depending on the minister’s decision.

No, I don't think that this measure will reduce corruption. I think that when a person who have the power do anything wrong, the policeman can't put this person into jail. In my opinion, instead of extending the statue of limitation regarding corruption case to 30 years, we should support a nice and faithful person to rule our country.

The corruption is the very big problem in Thailand. Not only in this country but we can see it in many countries around the Southeast Asia such as Indonesia, Malaysia or Philippine. One question about this problem that “Why is it happening? Why? ”. If you look deep into the societal background of these countries, first reason is that the people of once is poor and low education and other that the law is established by the minor people that to hold the power in those country. Ohw.. Although this problem has been in thaicultural for a long times. But the tendencies to rectify the corruption problems it is interesting because the penalty provisions of a law is distinct.
Now something wrong in the last goverment to give away for the public. But someone,who take the corruption have a opportunity to avoid the penalty provisions of a law .

About this topic i think this can't stop or reduce corruption problems. because in corruption, evidences were detroyed and witness was killed to hide their guilt. and i have heard that thai youth can accept corruption in government if they do a good work. I think the best way to prevent or stop corruption is teaching children and youth to realize good and bad. and finally i believe in karma; what goes around comes around

In my opinion. I think corruption in thailand is a very danger problem now.Maybe in this time the corruption process have to use in many organization and many people think it normal situation.
I think it does not to reduce this problem at the time.But for along time the goverment may be solve this problem.
The method to solve this problem in my idea. First Step must to drop role to participate from the head politician because I think they make everything that wrong.

I agree, too. Extension to corruption cases is right way for the nation case all big case because it have many people to involvement. Police need time to find strong evident and clear. But some case should do in short time if it can decide.For example “Dishonesty to bought the machine is explosive survey"it have many people to involvement and it's a nation case. This case is not clearly when they bought the machine. Then it can not work in short time. Maybe police can't found evident, hide the fact or involvement about political power. This case is avoidance. For that reason it's hard to do anything and need to use the time, so 30 years are enough for find the fact and prosecution to arrest who's wrong.Finally, how long to decide about corruption case? the answer is not specific but I think each case should depend on level of corruption. And most important is the moral principles in mind.
